As a member of the centralized center of excellence set up by Region, the Intern will partner with the Manager to learn more about and support assortment and space planning for all Tiffany & Co. products to maximize sales.
The Intern supports next-generation Merchandising to assist in the execution of dynamic and discrete assortments for all stores, including e-commerce and wholesale. He/she executes productive distribution plans and ensures efficient retail space to support the assortment to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, turn, and sales by pad. In addition, the Intern implements initial new product distribution plans that are productive and aligned with category objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, cross functional team experience as well as a keen interest in retail, product strategy and the application of artificial intelligence to merchandising.
