    As a member of a new centralized center of excellence set up by Region, the Senior Analyst is responsible for assortment and space planning for all Tiffany & Co. products to maximize sales. 

    The Senior Analyst uses next-generation Merchandising to set dynamic and discrete assortments for all stores and wholesale.  He/she executes productive distribution plans and ensures efficient retail space to support the assortment to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, turn, and sales by pad. 

    The Senior Analyst sets initial new product distribution plans and partners with the regional Product Performance Management Teams to communicate new product news.

    The Senior Analyst supports the growth of a trusted partnership with regional counterparts, helping to provide consistent, shared analytics and ensuring an effective feedback loop. 

    The Senior Analyst drives for efficiency and accuracy across all tasks and identifies opportunities to streamline workload to maximize team productivity and output.


    Next-generation assortment planning

    • Apply AI to all stores with dynamic quarterly update: optimize assortments for all stores using AI based on agreed upon schedule
    • Balance turn requirement and customer experience goals
    • Support the publication of the AI output and quarterly communication to regional teams
    • Prepare for and participate in cross-functional alignment meetings to communicate assortment optimization objective
    • Ensure assortment plans maximize sales and productivity, balanced with category objectives and space planning considerations

    New product introduction

    • Set productive new product assortment plans 8-12 months from launch, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timeliness
    • Distort baseline assortment based on known region specifics
    • Six months after launch, review and update using AI
    • Inform, convince, then listen to regional feedback

    Collaboration with Region

    • Ensure consistent product dashboards across the world; support business reporting and analysis; run additional analysis in collaboration with Product Performance Management as needed
    • Review assortment requests from regional teams as detailed in SLA’s; ensure all assortments requests approved by country leader or MVP and aligned with PPM partners
    • Ensure feedback loops from the business: support preparation for Merchandising reviews with Region leader and PPM counterparts, act on call-outs from monthly memos, quarterly calls, and competitive reviews
    • Expect regular weekly early/late conference calls with PPM partners

    Space planning

    • Assist with space planning guidance by collection to PPM and CVM for all existing and new stores and wholesale
    • Ensure space allocation by collection by store is productive and supports the assortment plan
    • Assist with CVM, Store Design and PPM on new store space planning, inclusive of category distortions
    • Share assortment and space perspective with CVM and CM for product directive planning


    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of business experience
    • College degree
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and ability to lead in a team environment
    • Strong decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
    • Operational excellence
    • Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement
    • Agility and comfort in working in a highly dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning apps

    Preferred Qualifications:
