    Be part of a dynamic team that will help the store achieve sales goals by providing outstanding customer service.  The NY Flagship Store has an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in a Full Time Sales Coordinator position. This individual will support all sales efforts on the Home & Accessories Floor by providing support to the management team and sales professionals on a daily basis.

    Responsibilities

    The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the following:

     

    1) Floor Coverage

    • Maintain a strong presence on sales floor in an effort to ensure that clients are graciously welcomed and assisted in a timely fashion, direct the flow of customer traffic, and answer any customer inquiries.
    • Act as point of contact for sales team and clients and work to resolve issues as they arise.
    • Provide case line coverage as necessary.

    2) Scheduling

    • Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage by creating and maintaining monthly and daily sales schedules.
    • Maintain and update monthly/annual schedule based on needs of business and case changes.
    • Partner with manager to review vacation/time off requests.
    • Create daily lunch schedule, making changes based on daily business needs.

    3) Customer Engagement

    • Partner with Management to manage Customer Engagement initiatives through thank you note tracking and sales board maintenance. 
    • Maintain monthly and/or quarterly sales incentives, tracking participation and results.
    • Share customer feedback on customer requests and inquiries and identify trends to increase customer satisfaction.

    4) Operations and Merchandising Support

    • Partner with merchandising to maintain daily merchandise borrow program for floor employees and make suggestions on product additions and/or changes.
    • Provide support to the operations and merchandising teams as needed.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years customer service or hospitality industry experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication.  The ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple people. Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays. Organized and detail oriented. The ability to understand and adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards. Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs. Bachelors degree, ability to speak multiple languages and analytical skills are preferred.
