    Seasonal position working full time hours with the possibility of becoming permanent.


    Facility location is in East Elmhurst, Queens NY.


    The Outbound Operations Representative is responsible for the accurate systematic and physical transfer and shipment of all Tiffany Service Center packages from internal departments to customers, store locations, intra-company facilities and vendors. In addition, the Outbound Operations Representative physically receives packages from carriers and is responsible for maintaining all paperwork related to shipments.


    While adhering to all Tiffany & Co. policies, process items for receiving and shipment within the established time frames and production standards which includes the following:


    • Receive and distribute packages.
    • Pick-up mail from and deliver toTSC departments.
    • Process POS transactions.
    • Pack repair orders and parts request using the appropriate packing materials and documentation.
    • Pack and prepare international shipments with appropriate customs documentation.
    • Process packages and letters using the Varsity and Neopost systems
    • Systematically manifest will call orders to the corresponding branches
    • Provide efficient and timely physical and systematic processing of customer owned merchandise repair orders from the Repair Services Washout and Quality Assurance areas into the Shipping/Receiving area.
    • Receive in shipping supplies.
    • Assist internal customers with inquiries.
    • Assist management with the implementation of special projects and resolving issues.
    • Accurately maintain departmental logs and reports, including those related to personal production.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department. This includes but is not limited to
      • Maintaining daily paperwork and supplies.
      • Securing all merchandise in the Vault at the end of each business day.
      • Ensuring work areas remain free of clutter and potential safety hazards.



    • High school diploma or equivalency
    • English language usage and grammatical skills
    • Proficiency in MicroSoft Office
    • Keyboarding
    • Hours must be flexible, including occasional overtime and weekends   


    • Undergraduate college degree preferred
    • Knowledge of shipping/tracking systems
    • Experience in an administrative business environment
    • Knowledge in POS, MIPS, and/or AS400
