  • Overview

    The Social Coordinator is responsible for tracking and asset management on the Global Creative team. The Social Coordinator will assist with content production from concept to final assets in close partnership with the Manager and Creative/Social team. This individual will support the Manager in social projects.

    Responsibilities

    Social

    • Assist Manager with the full scope of social production including overseeing content production from concept to final assets.
    • Work with manager to fulfill all regional requests and track status.
    • Traffic copy, crops and/or retouching.
    • Responsible for asset management and tracking.

    Cross-Functional Communication & Partnership

    • Liaison between the social team and cross-functional teams.
    • Assist social team members on various ad-hoc projects.

    Administrative

    • Prepare and coordinate agenda items for team meetings.
    • Maintain inventory of all equipment.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • At least 1+ years of working experience.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proactive and take direction well.
    • Excellent communications and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Creative, flexible, enthusiastic and strong interest in the evolution of social media.
