    The Senior Analyst, Store Operations will identify and implement processes and enhancements to the NA Store Standards Audit and ensure operational efficiencies by centrally supporting the Store Operations Manager in the analysis of RCC data and the cascading of information to the Market Operations Managers. This role will partner closely with our SOMs, NA Functional Groups, IT, Finance, HR and Store teams to ensure successful initiatives are executed and SOPs are in place. The incumbent will support the annual Physical Inventory Process, Shrink Improvement Plan, Cycle Counts and Retail Controls Checklist (RCC) Analysis to increase operational efficiencies and ensure compliance in partnership with the Store Operations Manager and the Analyst. The Senior Analyst, US Store Operations will partner with the various functional teams to confirm adherence to Tiffany policy and procedures and support the implementation to retail stores via the Market Operations Managers.

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Analyst will serve as project lead and subject matter expert for Northern America operations initiatives including but not limited to:

    • Oversight of Store Standards data analysis performed semi-annually.
    • Quarterly RCC data review and supporting document requests based on Tableau reporting. Work closely with Internal Audit for Continuous Audit requests and questions.
    • Partner with various Functional Groups to develop improved Policies and Procedures as needed.
    • Work closely with Store Operations Manager to update SOPs based on RF changes and implementation.
    • Draft monthly operational communications for SOMs for consistency in messaging in the achievement of KPIs.
    • Partner with WFM Analyst to create the Operations Dashboard.
    • Coordinate bi-weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory for NA Retail and partner with Market Operations Managers to execute successfully.
    • Complete annual PI checklist for Stores and partner with functional groups (cost accounting, IT, Global protection, etc.).
    • Update US Shrink Improvement Plan deck annually based on PI results.
    • Assist in the continuous improvement of DART for inventory management (PI, cycle counts, and high value counts) and partner with Data Scan.
    • Partner with IT teams for the M&E schedule and partner with analyst for communications to stores.
    • Provide central support to Market Operations Managers in partnership with U.S. Store Operations Manager with Corporate initiatives, system enhancements, and policy changes.
    • Support Operations Managers by managing and updating our Microsoft Teams with relevant information together with the analyst.
    • Perform ad hoc operational analysis upon request.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • At least 3-5 years of retail experience.
    • Must be analytical and very detail oriented.
    • Previous experience with retail systems, preferably with POS and commission systems.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong Project Management Skills.
    • Tableau Certified.
