The Senior Instructional Designer, Global Learning & Development will design, develop, and implement innovative leadership, manager, high-potential development, and luxury retail sales training programs, curriculums, and courseware. This includes conducting needs assessments to identify strategically aligned learning and development initiatives, designing and developing training courseware in a variety of delivery modes (e.g., instructor-led, in-person or virtual training, self-paced training, eLearning, micro learning, etc.), procuring and managing external vendors, as well as measuring business impact and effectiveness of deployed learning solutions. The role requires thought leadership, strategic thinking, leadership presence, expertise in instructional design and highly-effective facilitation skills to influence senior management and engage a diverse global workforce.
