  • Overview

    The Coordinator, Project Management 360 is responsible for trafficking & routing non-advertising creative assets including PR materials and marketing collateral. This individual creates, shares and monitors project schedules while pro-actively tracking and communicating project statuses and next steps to cross-functional team members.


    Project Management

    • Route and traffic mechanicals for comments and approval from layout to final artwork deliverable.
    • Track the progress of outstanding projects by monitoring deadlines.
    • Schedule, prepare, route and track jobs from brief to final delivery.
    • Closely monitor all projects to keep them on schedule and on track.
    • Document movement of projects from start to finish while maintaining continual dialogue between in-house departments on project status.
    • Manage and traffic translation copy process with translation vendors and regional partners.


    • Communicate and partner closely with internal teams including Print and Digital Creative, Print and Digital Studio, Print and Digital Production, Proofreading, Copy, Legal, Global Brand Management, Global PR, CVM and Merchandising teams, as well as regional marketing partners.


    Required Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Advertising/Project Management/Traffic or related experience in an integrated environment.
    • Must be flexible and agile.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and make informed decisions while under pressure.
    • Resourceful when faced with unexpected challenges.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Enthusiasm, commitment and analytical ability to continually bring a fresh perspective to traffic and production.
    • Experience working with MAC.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with Wrike, project management software, or similar.
    • Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
