    Tiffany & Co. is looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our Global Employee Relations department! As the Next Generation Luxury Jeweler we’re looking for an experienced analyst to join our team to help build, grow and evolve our global employee relations strategy. As one of the organizations key HR Centers of Excellence, this analyst will provide partnership and guidance on employment-related matters across North America. Building on our cultural values and deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, we need an experienced analyst to ensure compliance with all Tiffany policies and procedures and to build and maintain consistency across the organization.


    Employment Compliance And Risk Management

    • Ensure employment practices for all locations in North America are legally compliant, meet company standards and foster a diverse and inclusive environment.
    • Provide consultation regarding employment matters.
    • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
    • Maintain an in depth knowledge of legislative trends and legal updates to advise markets accordingly.
    • Advise on and review disciplinary and termination documentation, tailoring and delivering recommendations to the business.
    • Create supporting documentation for all reductions in force, restructures and ad-hoc position eliminations.


    • Conduct intake on matters that require an ER investigation.
    • Assist in conducting and resolving investigations in response to employee complaints including unfair treatment, harassment, discrimination, hostile environment, wage and hour violations, retaliation, policy violations and others.
    • Compile and analyze investigation data.

    Policy Development and Interpretation

    • Advise Employees, Managers and HR Business Partners regarding policy interpretation.
    • Partner with local and regional HR Business Partners to roll-out new policies and procedures.
    • Assist with the development of communication strategies for new policies, programs and procedures.
    • Liaise with other subject matter experts including, HR Business Partners, US Benefits, D&I, Internal Communications, Internal Audit and Global Security.

    Employee Relations Training

    • Develop and deliver training for employees, managers and HR Business Partners on Employee Relations topics including, harassment, discrimination, progressive discipline, workplace accommodations, etc.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Liaise with internal departments to aggregate ER data, employee files and requests for inquiries.
    • Participate in internal projects that improve processes and champion core corporate values by partnering with cross functional teams and integrating problem-solving skills.


    Required Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree.
    • 5+ years working in Employee Relations or in Human Resources with a large Employee Relations component with direct investigations experience and/or JD with 2 years employment law experience.
    • Advanced Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Strong communications (written/verbal) and analytical skills.
    • Good presentation creation and delivery skills.
