  • Overview

    Tiffany and Co is looking for a data-driven Paid Search Manager to join our North America team. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our paid search agency, feed management vendor, Google, and multiple internal teams. A successful candidate will require a strong technical background in Shopping Ads, conversion tactics, paid search account structure and website analytics tools.

     

    This position also be responsible for the overarching paid search strategy and will be tasked with overseeing technical implementations, program goals, testing roadmaps, reporting and budget management.

     

    While this role will not actively execute the paid search program, it will be responsible for deep diving the account daily and ensuring the hygiene of both our shopping ads data feed and traditional account. This person will also monitor and recommend optimizations based on search trends and KPIs.

     

    A successful candidate will have managed a paid search account, executed Shopping Ads, and is well versed in integrated search, conversion and online customer acquisition tactics.

    Responsibilities

    Strategy Development (in collaboration with agency)

    • Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies and roadmaps
    • Align with agency on campaign planning, budget management, performance review, keyword development, account setup, ad creation, quality score, enhanced campaigns, PLA's and conversion rates
    • Strategize with agency on how to grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc.

    Daily Management and Optimization (in collaboration with agency):

    • Ensure executional excellence from agency
    • Lead in collaboration with agency in creation, monitoring, and reporting of paid-search marketing campaigns- both metrics and visual results
    • Ensure execution day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.
    • Ensure account and data feed hygiene (coordinate between agency and internal tech team)
    • Suggest technical and content tactics for increasing organic website rankings
    • Manage ad copy feedback look internally

     

    Reporting and Internal Communication (in collaboration with agency):

    • Lead reporting cadence, monitoring plan and weekly internal communication strategy
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies and latest developments in paid search and contribute to the knowledge base of other marketing team members as well as sharing results with key stakeholders and executives.

     

    Budget Management:

    • Submit invoices
    • Track spend and allocation between tactics

    Qualifications

    • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, Adobe Media Optimizer, SA 360)
    • Experience with AdWords scripts
    • MS Excel Expert and experience with report automation
    • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns
    • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
    • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
