  • Overview

    The Senior Analyst, Replenishment will be responsible for the completion of daily activities that support regional replenishment, sales and inventory initiatives to make optimum use of the Company's inventory. This individual will act as the direct liason to all retail branches and sales organizations for stock level analysis and sales support.



    • Monitor inventory levels in selling locations to optimize the company's inventory assets and meet availability targets. Drive support of new stores, product initiatives, new product, and promotions, and address regional trends and needs. Promote focus on best sellers and sales drivers.
    • Conduct model review for new product, new stores, and fixed models in a timely fashion to achieve optimal inventory models that support assortments and sales trends.
    • For markets with local Distribution Centers, partner with local replenishment teams to execute in accordance with Global Replenishment strategies and roll-out plans for new product and initiatives.


    • Proficiently utilize the Business Objects Reporting tool to create reports to analyze sales and inventory, optimize model accuracy, execute seasonality projects, and process excess stock and rebalance recommendations.
    • Tailor reporting to target audience and summarize actions and analysis.
    • Introduce new reporting to gain replenishment efficiencies.


    • Review, analyze and discuss worldwide and location specific inventory availability levels, constraints and opportunities on regional conference calls.  React to concerns and provide follow-up action points in a timely manner.
    • Foster internal RP team environment; Share unique departmental/regional inventory issues or concerns with team and collaborate on analyses and procedural efficiencies.
    • Collaborate with Category Replenishment to communicate inventory availability issues to cross-functional counterparts in Category Management, Demand Planning, GMO, Supply Management, and the warehouse to work towards recovery and resolution.

    Merchandising Initiatives

    • Establish the model strategy for new product introductions, communicate modeling logic and allocation strategy to the Merchandising cross functional partners.
    • Identify and execute rebalance opportunities and communicate the rebalance plan to regional GMO counterparts and Retail partners.
    • Support market events through allocating, facilitating and monitoring inventory movement across stores.
    • Determine models, reserve merchandise and rebalance units to support new store openings.


    • Train new RP team members in AS400 system applications and reporting tools; Provide leadership support and mentorship during on-boarding process.
    • Prepare and present store & regional analysis, merchandise trend report analysis, new store updates, and regional event/marketing updates.
    • Taking the initiative on providing regional updates & sharing regional business highlights.


    Required Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have a college degree, business major preferred, or comparable experience.
    • At least 3-4 years of business experience
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of MIPS, AS400 systems and RSC Operations.
    • Excel experience required.
