SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 1:30 - 10:00pm (Night)
The Operations Supervisors are responsible for developing and maintaining a high level of employee engagement and morale. They oversee daily activities of team members, coach/develop their team and manage their performance. They conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates with respect for individual values. They are accountable for all tasks performed within their area(s) of responsibility and are expected to execute distribution operations within established turn times, guidelines and while adhering to internal and external controls.
Coach & Develop Staff – Lead, direct and manage the performance of the team utilizing reporting tools and observation. Provide ongoing feedback, fostering growth and sustained improvement. This includes but is not limited to productivity, accuracy, efficiency and adherence to SOP/Policy.
Execution of Business – Perform root cause analysis and work to resolve problems by recommending solutions. Maintain effective internal and external controls over product flow and meet or exceed established goals and turn times.
Health & Safety – Actively participate in providing a safe and healthy environment for the team, in accordance with and beyond governmental standards, as well as internal policies and procedures. Provide immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who violate safety requirements or demonstrate unsafe work behavior.
Administrative – Maintain departmental documentation, employee files and ensures internal SOP’s are updated and reviewed/revised as needed
