    Tiffany and Company is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst, supporting their Customer Fulfillment Center in Whippany, NJ. The Senior Support Analyst is responsible for support and maintenance of all components of the automated Warehouse Control System communicating to Tiffany systems and applications in our Distribution environment. In detail, the Support Analyst will maintain and report on all issues related to applications, software and hardware (PC’s, printers, scanners and assorted peripheral equipment) communicating to the distribution IT environment. The Support Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot data communications between devices, and work outwardly with various IT teams and external vendors to support operations 24/7/365.
    This person must communicate clearly using both oral and written skills to assist in troubleshooting problems internal and external to the IT department. Strong analytical skills are needed to help identify and troubleshoot unique issues and to determine the root cause and to document the resolution.
    The expected schedule is Monday to Friday from January to October and may need to be adjusted to the needs of the business during November and December.


    The Sr. Support Analyst will perform technical support and troubleshooting of warehouse control systems including incident, problem, and change management, and under provided SOP’s make appropriate corrections when necessary. S/he will support, maintain and monitor all IT related devices at the CFC distribution center which include scanners, PLC’s, MHE equipment, PC’s, monitors, printers, tablets and wireless devices to meet user requirements and expectations. The role will also monitor and ensure the closure of ServiceNow Tickets and Deployment Service Requests within standard service levels.


    Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will assist with IT projects related to distribution including Business Continuity, application upgrades, facility managed events and other IT related events, communicate problems, resolutions and project status to IT management and user community on a regular and timely basis, and provide solutions using specific product knowledge and system utilities within operating environment controls.


    • High School diploma required. A college degree or technical degree from a computer industry institution is preferred
    • 3 years experience working with IT hardware, software and local area networks
    • A strong communication skill level is a must. This is necessary to provide the customer with proper follow up and customer service
    • Must have strong people and organization skills
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
    • Must be customer service oriented
