  • Overview

    The Tiffany Concierge will provide exceptional service by supporting the Fifth Avenue Flagship as well as acting as the point of contact for all domestic and global clients visiting New York. The Concierge will ensure each customer experiences the Tiffany Touch by offering highly personalized one-to-one customer experiences, and ensuring our brand’s heritage, prestige and traditions are upheld. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day to day needs of the Flagship and the New York Market.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients and provide highest level of customer service (45%)

    • Assess clients’ needs and determine appropriate assistance
    • Ensure service exceeds our Customer Experience Initiatives
    • Share appropriate Tiffany and Company history, product information and servicing offerings
    • Provide NY area information and make special arrangements and reservations for local activities, entertainment, events, restaurants and transportation

    Administrative Support (30%)

    • Act as the primary point of contact for Salon appointment requests
    • Manage and maintain Salon supplies (product literature, beverage, food and hospitality)
    • Remain current on information regarding local activities, restaurants, entertainment and vendors
    • Safeguard Tiffany property (i.e. proper merchandise care and handling) and handle sensitive (customer/employee) information with strict adherence to the Record Retention Guidelines
    • Maintain multiple Outlook calendars

    Support Internal Flagship teams (25%)

    • Act as a liaison between sales professionals and other departments/stores to fulfill client’s needs
    • Support Operations Professionals and Ambassador Group on an as need basis.
    • Manage Blue Box Cafe reservations for Tiffany Register clients, acting as a liaison between the Cafe management and the sales professionals and management teams
    • Lead internal tours of the Tiffany Salon and the Flagship when needed
    • Support training of In-Store client experiences and Tiffany Salon protocols for new employees
    • Support all hospitality and selling events

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:


    • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc).
    • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
    • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
    • An ability to lift 10-15 lbs.
