    As our Specialist, Inclusion Programs, you will help shape internal people programs that enable talent to flourish. You will use tools, data, creativity, and influence to create and support targeted employee engagement and inclusion programs at Tiffany & Co.

    • Provide leadership and support to employee resource groups (ERGs).  
    • Support the initial rollout of our employee resource groups and become lead advisor.
    • Work on annual planning, and budgeting in partnership with exec sponsors 
    • Consult internally with managers and regional HR teams on building inclusive, high performing teams and Employee Resource Groups
    • Facilitate robust ad hoc D&I-related sessions and discussions within HR and the ERGs.
    • Work with the Diversity & Inclusion team to support existing employee programs, help create and execute new programs, and foster an inspiring and inclusive experience for all employees
    • Provide support for programs that have a measurable impact on diversity and inclusion at Tiffany (in partnership with our Diversity Council (to be developed), Global Talent Acquisition team and executive leadership).
    • Assist the regions to develop regional plans and programs, develop and support ongoing management of central initiatives such as a Diversity Council
    • Research and develop proposals for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
    • Run proposals through internal review and approvals processes
    • Plan and execute logistical support for events
    • Partner across HR (including HRBPs, Analytics, and L&D) to ensure fairness in HR processes
    • Use data and metrics to uncover ways to strengthen inclusion and to make Tiffany more inclusive and diverse. Research and recommend D&I metrics for the Analytics team to use.
    • Develop pledge, sponsorship, and partnership recommendations
    • Build and maintain team project plans, report project status, deadlines and achievement of objectives; manage team calendar, partner map and maintain key team documents to ensure they are up to date, practical and available to all relevant partners
    • Maintain team budget, execute the process for procurement and payment of services for external partners/vendors



    • Bachelor's degree in related discipline required
    • 3-5 years (may include internships) of demonstrated experience in developing and implementing D&I strategies
    • Excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Proven verbal and visual communication skills
    • Proven ability to execute against established goals
    • Proficient multi-tasking, with strong attention to detail
    • Team oriented person with excellent follow-up skills
    • Experience in project management and in managing across multiple partners and priorities
    • Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project)


    • You have a demonstrated interest and real passion for driving D&I and for deepening your knowledge of D&I
    • Passionate about a service and customer driven culture
    • Proven ability to get things done – is enthusiastic, results oriented and has excellent organizational, analytical, and problem skills
    • Exceptional teamwork, and influencing skills (at the Specialist level?);,
    • Expertise in Audio/Visual software and equipment (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
