    Tiffany & Co. is currently seeking a Manager - IT Collaboration Services located in Parsippany, NJ. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the needs of the businesses are met and are aligned with the IT strategy and implementation. This position will have accountability to lead the Office 365 implementation and ongoing operations. S/He will streamline the engineering service design/delivery efforts while overseeing the timely delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 Services and Support for all internal customers. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design infrastructure related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for the daily service delivery and engineering activities of the department.

    Responsibilities

    The Manager - IT Collaboration Services will lead the deployment of strategic initiatives, such as Office 365, architectural and strategically planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. This position will benchmark, analyze, report on and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and systems including but not limited to system performance, user experience and service delivery. This individual will manage all financial aspects of Collaboration Services, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review. This includes development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for Collaboration Services spending and initiatives, negotiating and administering vendor, outsource and consultant contracts/service agreements. S/He will develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

     

    The Manager - IT Collaboration Services will lead the engineering, implementation, maintenance, development and upgrade of IT systems, including all products and services under Office 365. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations and service delivery while directing research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts while keeping current with the latest technologies. S/He will oversee asset management for infrastructure hardware, software, and equipment. The Manager will lead the Collaboration Services team, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science and/or 5+ years related work experience as a leader
    • Strong technical knowledge of Office 365 which includes all products and services
    • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD Connect / ADFS, and Microsoft cloud identity management technologies
    • Demonstrated administrator knowledge of Microsoft on premise communications and collaboration systems (Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business)
    • Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required
    • Ability to manage and create business cases and budgets
