    The Senior Analyst, Replenishment supports worldwide allocation and distribution of inventory to optimize sales and maximize productivity.  S/he acts as the direct liaison to retail branches and sales organizations for stock level analysis and sales support.


    The Senior Analyst is responsible for daily sales and inventory analysis which inform allocations to retail stores in order to meet availability targets and achieve sell-through.  This individual will partner with retail to support client sales opportunities and fulfill sold orders.  In addition, s/he will recommend and execute inventory rebalances to support store presentation needs.  S/he will perform regular and ad-hoc reporting as well as replenishment model reviews to define optimal safety stock targets in store and achieve availability standards.  The senior analyst will provide inventory support for new store openings, traveling collections and selling events, and will apply judgment in supporting other ad-hoc initiatives to optimize inventory.


    The ideal candidate will regularly monitor availability and react quickly to support sales trends with appropriate level of inventory support.  This individual with partner cross-functionally to communicate regional feedback and availability concerns to appropriate counterparts in Merchandising and partner on resolution and recovery.  S/he will also support new product launches and execute global rollout strategy, in addition to lifecycle planning initiatives and miscellaneous stock requests.  Communication is critical as this individual will respond to all requests in a timely fashion, monitor progress and provide appropriate level of follow-up.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills.
    • College degree, business major preferred, or comparable experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment - Excel experience required.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Able to investigate and solve discrepancies. 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1 - 2 years business experience.
    • Proficient in database software experience.
    • Previous merchandising experience.
    • Self motivated with strong drive for achievement.
    • Comfort working in a highly dynamic environment.
