  • Overview

    To execute PLM operations with a focus on providing accurate, complete and properly structed information.  The Sr.  Analyst of PLM will be responsible for enforcing procedures and processes outlined by Management of Product Lifecycle Management.  The individual in this position will be coordinating projects, system and process enhancements. The Sr.  Analyst will also aid in the creation and modification of desktop procedures and review daily intergration reports. The Sr. Analyst will lead and particpate in PLM related meetings, analyze and mointor system and data intergration issues. Partnership with core teams will be critical in this role. Analyze and reporting related to KPIs as defined by Management.  

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the development and testing of system and process enhancements in support of PLM functions. 
    • Support facility operations with setup and ECN maintenance of finished and non-finished goods.  These include Pelham, Gemstone Operations, Forest Hill, JMS, and.  Adhere to noted service level agreement.  Provide support to assigned product segment groups in areas of scheduled maintenance    
    • Represent PLM in meetings and on project teams as needed.   Partner with Management to resolve, enhance and improve PLM Operations and Development duties and roles within our organization.    
    • Validate data within assigned catagories periodically to ensure proper data setup and values. Partner with PLM Managementand IT for analysis of company data.
    • Partner with core teams on data intergration issues, Monitor reporting and perform nalysis based on reporting, system and user interactions

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong Follow up ability
    • Fluent in English, Written and Oral
    • Strong Communication Skills, verbal and written
    • MIPS Experience
    • College Degree Preferred

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently or with a team
    • Detail and process oriented
    • Ability to network and build relationships
