The Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of all day-to-day operations of the Quality and Outbound Operations department, in conjunction with the department Manager. Through staff and workflow management, the Assistant Manager ensures servicing orders are receiving the proper quality reviews, packaging in accordance with our care and handling standards and shipping back to our customers in a timely manner. The Assistant Manager provides management support, direction, and development for a staff of 15+ individuals. In addition, the Assistant Manager ensures all schedules are properly updated to ensure adequate coverage, maintains accurate timesheets for payroll and assists with the implementation and monitoring of new processes and projects.
