The Project Management Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting Tiffany’s Global Organizational Effectiveness projects with company-wide impact, such Employee Onboarding, Career Development, Employee Survey, Education Assistance, Leadership Development, and Diversity & Inclusion education and training. The role will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., employees, business leaders, HR generalists and specialists) at various levels to create, manage and support project planning, timelines, communications and related administrative tasks. This position enables seamless integration of company-wide initiatives and is central to the success of the Global Organizational Effectiveness group.
