  • Overview

    The TSC Coordinator-Business Reporting is responsible for driving the operational success of Tiffany & Co's global after-sales services via strategic reporting, planning and analysis. Additional responsibilities include project management, facility planning and ad-hoc analysis to support management decision making.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Identify and collect key data related to After-Sales Services activities worldwide
    • Develop and maintain reports to provide insight into volume, revenue and expenses
    • Analyze production and workflow data. Work with the management team to pinpoint process bottlenecks and opportunities
    • Assist in the development and implementation of an optimal resource management structure across domestic and international markets
    • Provide monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis for Global TSCs using Business Objects, HFM/Essbase, and Excel. Closely collaborate with TSC Management
    • Own reports with relevant financial data and improve the reporting process for domestic and international markets
    • Work with regional and central Management teams on pricing analysis and recommendations globally
    • Build and maintain relevant models in excel

    Ad-Hoc Projects:

    • Perform ad-hoc analyses of financial & operational data for various initiatives in the global markets

    Facility Planning:

    • Assist with developing financial, operational and strategic analyses related to T&Co service facilities worldwide

    Qualifications

    • College degree
    • 3+ years of business experience
    • MS Office: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Conditional Calculations & Formatting, etc); Strong Word and Powerpoint skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic environment to meet strict deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
    • Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement
    • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Business Objects, Hyperion HFM/Essbase and JDEdwards
    • Retail or Consumer Goods experience
