    The Email Marketing Coordinator will oversee the operations and execution of all aspects of global CRM and marketing emails across the organization.  It’s a critical role to the business and partners with numerous teams across the Tiffany organization including, Local Markets, Global Brand Management, Category Marketing, Creative and Production.


    • End-to-end management of Global Tiffany email deployment, which includes:
      • Documentation and communication of requirements
      • Asset tracking/routing
      • URL coding
      • Monitoring of campaign set-up
      • Oversight of QA with Creative, Proofreading & PM
      • Tracking & communication of approvals
    • Assistance with maintaining master calendar for assigned campaigns
    • Ongoing tracking/reporting on campaign performance
    • Ongoing tracking/sharing competitive behaviors & practices for similar tactics


    • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, email campaign management or cross-channel campaign management experience preferred
    • Infectious energy for building best in class, customer centric Brand experiences
    • Self-Starter, proactive and flexible
    • Skilled at managing multiple projects, tight timelines, and doing so flawlessly and with a great attitude
    • Experience working across and influencing cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing disciplines, vendors/consultants and ideally also multiple global counterparts
    • Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment with constant changes
    • Experience with Adobe Campaign or other cross-channel campaign management tool (Preferred but not required)
    • Experience with web analytics tools as Omniture & Google Analytics (Preferred but not required)
    • Collaborative, team player
