  • Overview

    In this role, you will ensure the timely processing of service orders for customer-owned merchandise. More specifically, you will manage and organize the movement of merchandise into and out of the department, and respond to and resolve inquiries from internal customers within the established time frames.

    Responsibilities

    The Vault Representative is responsible for the physical and systematic receipt of service orders, and the distribution of service orders to individuals in other departments. In addition, the Vault Representative creates repair orders for incoming packages and international orders, and files customer-owned merchandise repairs in the Vault. The Vault Representative also responds to all inquiries from internal customers.

    Qualifications

    To qualify, you must have a High School diploma or equivalency (Undergraduate degree preferred) and at least two years of business experience. In addition, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). A Graduate Gemologist degree is a plus.
