The Seasonal Retail Operations Assistant will be responsible for gift wrapping, packaging merchandise for delivery, coordinating pre-wrap merchandise, processing transfers and returns, answering and forwarding incoming calls, maintaining packaging supplies on the sales floor and customer service. We are seeking applicants with experience in luxury goods, retail sales and customer service.
