  • Overview

    The Las Vegas Home-Based Sales & Service Professional is responsible for the processing and coordination of customer's orders while providing the highest level of support and customer service to Tiffany Clients. (*must be able to train and work in the Las Vegas vicinity*)

    Responsibilities

    As a Sales & Service Professional, you will develop relationships with customers via email and phone and assist with sales, provide product information, and investigate and resolve issues.

    You will utilize various applications and have contact with other internal departments to support these efforts.

    Most importantly, you will actively identify and embrace all opportunities to exceed customer expectations with a focus on closing sales and increasing revenue in every transaction.

    • Rotational weekends with a day off during the week when you work a Saturday or Sunday
    • 6 day work week during peak business cycles
    • The FT shift (8.5 hr. day) will have a core start time between 10:30AM-12:30PM (PST)
      • Ex:  10:30AM-7:00PM (PST) or 12:30PM-9:00PM (PST)

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Qualified candidates must have prior customer support, with expertise in sales, customer service, and/or contact center experience.
    • The ideal candidate must be able to work from home in an environment conducive to our professional standards, while providing prompt, attentive and effective service.
    • Candidates must be able to communicate with impact, both verbally and in written form, while delivering strong results in both sales and service.
    • Candidates must have the ability to think strategically and problem solve by applying knowledge, judgment and creative thinking to ensure personalized customer experiences.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and the Internet; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is strongly preferred.
    • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
