    Seeking a passionate individual who is focused on delivering an extraordinary luxury shopping experience for our top tier clients. As a Personal shopper you will position Tiffany jewelry selections for your clients, knowing their unique style and tastes because you have built a relationship with them and are a trusted authority.

    Responsibilities

    The Personal Shopper will sell Tiffany merchandise in a highly customized personal styling appointment based service. The Personal Shopper will develop and cultivate relationships with VIP clients through various forms of outreach including clienteling, off site appointments, trunk shows, events, and delightful luxury experiences.

    Sales Achievement – Achieve or exceed sales plan

    • Consistently achieve or exceed your quarterly and annual sales plan
    • Drive business through highly customized personal styling appointment based selling both off site and at the store. Utilize Tiffany experiences such as the Salon and other events to close sales.

     

    Client Development – CD100-Develop client relationships to drive lifetime spend and loyalty

    • Create and execute personalized action plans for high net worth portfolio clients with a goal of year over year portfolio sales growth and repeat business.
    • Proactively identify clientele and recruit new high net worth individuals through local networking, partnering with business sales team, and other uniquely tailored outreach approaches.
    • Create and execute strategic business plans for existing, lapsed and prospective TR clients

     

    Client Experience – Elevate the client experience at every opportunity to enhance the Tiffany brand

    • Use the Power of Blue techniques to consistently deliver Tiffany Touch moments and drive sales
    • Provide expert advice to clients across all product categories and sales channels, partnering with other department teams to provide a seamless luxury shopping experience
    • Use expertise in styling and selecting jewelry to delight and entertain your clients while shopping.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    4-6 years of experience styling and selling to VIP/ high level clients in a luxury setting

     

    Proven track record of sales plan achievement and an existing client portfolio

    Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills with a positive attitude

     

    Ability to work independently, is proactive and self-motivated with experience networking

     

    Organized and precise with a passion for selling Tiffany jewelry

     

    Must work retail hours including nights, weekends and holiday

     

    Graduate Gemologist and/or Muli-lingual preferred
