    The Tiffany & Co. Interior Design Specialist will inspire and delight clients by aiding their discovery of incorporating Home & Accessories product as part of the customer’s design aesthetic.  This individual will apply their design sensibility both in the retail setting in support of in-store appointments, as well as outside the store by way of both business and consumer consultations.  This individual is a consummate professional, an excellent communicator in all mediums, and can apply their insights and passion for interior design while simultaneously serving as an ambassador for the brand.


    Sales Performance – Ensure efforts are directed towards achievement of quarterly and annual sales plan

    • Approximately 60% of time will be dedicated to developing the interior design business, including but not limited to outreach to local firms seeking opportunities to incorporate merchandise from the new and exciting Home & Accessories collection into residential and office staging, as well as participation in trade related activities
    • Approximately 40% of time will be spent working in partnership with Sales Professionals to further develop awareness of interior design consultancy as an available resource within the Tiffany brand; act as a trusted partner and resource to support multi-unit sales across product categories, while seamlessly adding value to the selling ceremony
    • Ensure all activities are in support of the business consistently achieving quarterly sales plan goals, in part through personal and team-based sales generated in relation to interior design capabilities
    • Act as subject-matter expert, remaining relevant on industry trends and innovations, including awareness of the competitive marketplace, and educate the Home & Accessories team on interior design trends and best-practices

    Client Experience – Elevate the client experience at every opportunity to enhance the Tiffany brand

    • Use the Power of Blue techniques to consistently deliver Tiffany Touch moments and drive sales
    • Achieve TEI goal of year-over-year % increase in store score by demonstrating the behaviors described in the TEI program while growing survey completion to at least 5% of store transactions
    • Share your client experience best practices and Tiffany Touch stories to inspire your colleagues

    Client Development – CD 100 – Elevate in store experience consistently delivering memorable moments

    • Share your CD100 best practices and success stories with management and other Sales Professionals
    • Create and execute personalized action plans for Portfolio clients, selecting a mix of high value, high potential and bridal clients with the following goals:
      • Year over year Portfolio Sales Growth: Double % Growth of Your Store Annual Plan (individual SPs must have a minimum Portfolio growth of 8%)
      • Year over year Portfolio Repeat Rate: 65%
    • Actively support all store events and initiatives as requested by leadership
    • Use compelling stories to engage clients, and gather meaningful information during the sales process to generate future sales and develop lifetime relationships
    • Develop strong internal partnerships with Tiffany for Business, Brand Management, Marketing, etc., to fully leverage all business partners for interior design product placement (i.e. B2B corporate office product placement, and through social media postings, etc.)



    • A college/university degree preferred, ideally with completed coursework in interior design, arts, graphics, etc., or related experience
    • Proven success in sales and interior design, with preference to in-home design service and design presentation ability
    • Excellent communication and organization skills and attention to detail
    • Must possess a creative design passion and mindset, with a flair for color and color coordination, knowledge of fashion, furniture, and design trends, and demonstrated ability to coordinate product to fit the client aesthetic and design sense
    • Proficiency in Point-of-Sale systems as well as a strong competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly trafficked and ever-changing environment
    • Ability to work non-traditional retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country in which the position is based
    • Language skills preferred but not required
