  • Overview

    The Tiffany & Co. Engraved Stationery & Bridal Registry Coordinator will inspire and delight clients by aiding their discovery and design of engraved stationery, facilitating sales of the product by working directly with our vendor. Additionally, this person will create and maintain bridal registries and will be an expert on the Home & Accessories product offering. This individual is a consummate professional, an excellent communicator in all mediums, and can apply their insights and passion for engraved stationery while simultaneously serving as an ambassador for the brand.

    Responsibilities

    • A majority of the work day will be spent working with clients on custom stationery orders, from initial consultation through production, either in-person, via email, or over the telephone. This process includes creating itemized quotes, designing client proofs, coordinating revisions, and working with our vendor to ensure the timely delivery of personalized products.
    • Approximately 25% of time will be dedicated to registry appointments, where the candidate will educate registrants on Tiffany’s product offerings while providing an exceptional experience. This includes an introduction to engraved stationery offerings to develop a new client base in that department.
    • Approximately 10% of time will be dedicated to strategic client outreach, developing the engraved stationery and Home & Accessories business through utilization of the CD100 structure.
    • Approximately 10% of time will be spent working in partnership with Sales Professionals to further develop awareness of engraved stationery as an available resource within the Tiffany brand; acting as a trusted partner to facilitate sales as needed.

    Qualifications

    • A college/university degree preferred, ideally with a focus in Communications, English, Design, Marketing, or Sales
    • Excellent communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Point-of-Sale systems as well as a strong competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly trafficked and ever-changing environment
    • Ability to work non-traditional retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country in which the position is based
    • Language skills preferred but not required
