    To provide direction, support and program management to Internal Manufacturing (IM) regarding occupational safety requirements and initiatives for the purpose of reducing work related incidents, injuries and illnesses. Collaborate with Corporate Occupational Safety and Health Services (OS&HS) in the development and implementation of systems that ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and environmental regulations and company policies. This position will have a dual reporting structure and report to the director of IM and the director of OS&HS to ensure alignment and coordination of company objectives and site activities regarding safety, health and environmental performance.


    • Work closely with manufacturing management and hourly staff to Implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable government mandated occupational safety, health and environmental rules, regulations and all Tiffany & Co. established safety and environmental policies and programs.
    • Foster a zero-injury safety culture by: Development and oversight of proactive safety committees in all locations; Coordination of safety & environmental training programs for all IM associates; Work closely with IM management and OS&HS to develop and coordinate proactive accident prevention processes and procedures, on-going safety & environmental inspections, audits and corrective action activities.
    • Work closely with OS&HS on measuring and reporting occupational safety performance (metrics) regarding accidents, injuries, costs and accident prevention programs; investigate occupational injuries and lost time cases.
    • Responsibility for the oversight of environmental reporting and compliance. Work closely with OS&HS for all annual environmental regulatory reporting activities; monitor and ensure adherence to all environmental permits, regulations, policies and procedures.
    • Elevating the environmental, health and safety knowledge of our IM staff by: delivering education and training programs to IM staff.


    • Bachelors degree in science, engineering or related discipline.
    • 3-5 years of relavent occupational safety and environmental compliance work experience
    • 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • Strong analytical skills needed to evaluate processes and resolve problems
    • Knowledge of and experience working with performance metrics
    • Competent use of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work with others in a mature, professional and collaborative manner
