The Lead - Personalization supports merchandise personalization globally with a focus on in-store personalization, and is the subject matter expert for in-store personalization supporting Corporate, Retail, Value Added Services, and After-Sales Service teams. The Lead provides software and hardware technical support to stores and performs testing and quality assurance of engraving software enhancements.
The position is the primary liaison for all corporate requests such as engraved samples, new templates, costs, timing, etc. as well as interacting with the primary external Vendor.
The Lead also leads the procurement and tracking of all in-store personalization equipment.
