The Manager Store Planning is responsible for the overall project management for retail and corporate projects within their region. They develop and manage project schedules, tasks, budget and cost control, General Contractor (GC) and vendor bidding, as well as site and GC coordination to insure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to Central quality standards.
Reporting and Strategic Initiatives
Collect and organize all required project closeout documents, requirements for LL re-reimbursements if applicable, Certificate of Occupancy, and Internal Audit documentation
Manage and develop professional vendor relationships and develop and qualify new
