The Assistant Manager will play an important role in the evolution and management of Tiffany’s web analytics tools and capabilities. As part of this role, this individual will manage our Adobe Suite of analytics products, along with other tools the organization is piloting. The Assistant Manager will partner closely with IT teams to improve tracking and analytical infrastructure within our web properties, ensuring that data is collected accurately and consistently across Global properties to enable in-depth analyses by business users.
The candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, and have a strong understanding of both the customer experience and the data required to optimize the experience.
This role will report into the Manager, Global Tiffany.com Customer Experience Analytics and will partner with Global Omnichannel, Tiffany.com Operations, Digital Creative, Global Marketing, Regional eCommerce leads, IT and outside vendors in fulfilling responsibilities.
