    The Assistant Manager will play an important role in the evolution and management of Tiffany’s web analytics tools and capabilities. As part of this role, this individual will manage our Adobe Suite of analytics products, along with other tools the organization is piloting. The Assistant Manager will partner closely with IT teams to improve tracking and analytical infrastructure within our web properties, ensuring that data is collected accurately and consistently across Global properties to enable in-depth analyses by business users.

    The candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, and have a strong understanding of both the customer experience and the data required to optimize the experience.

    This role will report into the Manager, Global Customer Experience Analytics and will partner with Global Omnichannel, Operations, Digital Creative, Global Marketing, Regional eCommerce leads, IT and outside vendors in fulfilling responsibilities.


    • Product Owner: Primary responsibility is to serve as Tiffany owner of the Adobe product suite (Analytics and Target currently), by implementing best practices to enable end-to-end funnel views for the various business segments, and driving the overall Adobe instrumentation agenda for the company. Additionally, support the Web Analytics manager by providing technical expertise in Adobe implementation and proper test creation within Adobe Target
    • Data Collection: As new features and enhancements are released on the website, drive scope and requirements for data tracking ensuring that key success metrics are identified and tracked. Develop and drive specific internal initiatives focusing on the development of the analytics practice, including implementation of analytical tools, techniques, processes and frameworks
    • Reporting Solution Design: Serve as the "product" owner of reports, working to drive adoption, usage and application to business processes. Conceive new functionality & capabilities in the reporting to increase visibility or improve ease of use. Develop reporting prototypes and self-service reporting options, including the standardization of primary metrics & segments
    • Organizational Resource: Serve as the web analytics expert for all properties, and partner with other analysts as needed to ensure tracking is functioning properly and following best practices. Function as companywide resource to answer web analytics questions, and provide relevant support on reports & user analyses


    • 5-7+ years of experience managing web analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, and Target. Familiarity with Adobe full suite of products (i.e. AEM, Audience Manager), or similar products a plus, but not required
    • Experience with tag and tagging architecture management platforms (DTM, Tealium, etc.)
    • Technical understanding of core requirements for managing content for A/B testing programs (authoring, publishing, analytics)
    • Ability to communicate and demonstrate platform capabilities to audiences who have little or no knowledge of the platform
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of current web analytics technologies and complex enterprise level applications
    • Experience with full analytics implementations a plus, but not required
    • Strong project management and communication skills
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Management, Mathematics preferred but not required
