SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 1:30 - 10:00PM 




 The Night Shift Supervisor - Outbound Operations is responsible for supervising all necessary night shift activities.   This includes Picking, Putaway, PTS, Packing and Shipping activities, as well as ensuring the timely and accurate processing of outbound orders while maintaining Tiffany & Co.'s standards. They are also responsible for communicating and enforcing all company policies/procedures and keeping up to date with all administrative responsibilities.


Oversee timely and accurate processing of merchandise in all Outbound Operations areas.  Manage operations through the use of reports and system tools. Communicate effectively with all relevant day shift areas regarding related activities and day to day status. Identify departmental and individual staff goals. Track progress toward goals. Promote and encourage the development of team members by providing opportunities to enhance existing skills and/or learn new responsibilities. Keep up to date with current company policy and maintain the entire staff’s adherence to company policies by administering the initial stages of progressive discipline and developing/reviewing staff as per PMP guidelines. Administrative – including weekly business reviews, monthly attendance summaries, staff attendance sheets, weekly payroll, etc. Act as a liaison for departments external to Outbound Operations (Inventory Control, CFC, Order Support,etc.), divisions outside of Distribution (IT, Internal Audit, Sales Service, etc.), and companies not associated with TCO (external vendors, contractors, etc.). Participate in special projects and/or provide coverage during colleague’s absences.Exercise Cost Controls by monitoring departmental overtime, completing labor transfers, and controlling operating costs. Provide proactive safety and health leadership by recognizing and rewarding employees who demonstrate good safety and health behaviors and providing immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who violate safety requirements or demonstrate unsafe work behavior. Identify workplace hazards, investigate incidents, educate all direct reports on established safety requirements, and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable safety-related policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College diploma
  • 2 - 5 years supervisory experience with proven leadership ability
  • Working knowledge of WMS and PTL programs
