Tiffany and Company is currently seeking a Manager - Global Business Transformation with a focus on data management. The Manager will be responsible for master data management and data conversion related activities (including validation and testing) as it relates to the Company’s business transformation efforts, including the Retail Foundation program.
The Manager - Global Business Transformation, which is part of the Retail Foundation (RF) Center of Excellence team, will work closely with business and IT team leaders across the program in determining master data requirements for in-scope processes are identified and that the global standard future state systems and processes developed as part of the RF program address these requirements. This includes working with RF and business leadership to address ongoing requirements for localized ownership and management of master data. The Manager will also work closely with the RF program teams to drive effective data conversion for each deployment of RF.
In addition to the Retail Foundation program, this role will provide support and input to other relevant business initiatives, including process improvement and system implementation efforts as directed by Global Business Transformation leadership. S/He will manage all data management related aspects of the RF initiative as it relates to product master data, including identification of localized data requirements. This position will coordinate project activities with the rest of the Center of Excellence team, manage the efforts of local project team members, control change management along withsystem and process implementation. This role will partner with other RF work streams in identifying and addressing data requirements for in-scope markets while collaborating with external resources to document specific data attributes required as part of market specific regulations. S/He will lead data conversion and validation efforts, primarily as it relates to conversion from legacy systems into JDE E1 and Sterling Inventory Management and assist in planning and executing market- or region-level data cleansing and validation activities. Additionally, this role will work with the RF Center of Excellence and market leadership to drive the implementation of the RF processes and systems as it relates to ongoing ownership and management of master data.
