Tiffany & Co is seeking a Manager- IT Regional Services to be based out of our New York City office. The Manager- IT Regional Services will be responsible for the IT infrastructure, new stores and IT projects in Latin America.  This will include managing an IT Project Leader in Mexico.  Part of their responsibility will be to manage local applications and communicate corporate application deployments. 


The manager will also be responsible for the IT support team which consist of two staff members.  This team manages IT incidents and tasks assigned to RSM.  Part of their responsibility will be to ensure that the support team maintains incident analytics and measures incident resolution within and outside of the RSM team.


This position will also have responsibility for managing global store standards within retail.  This includes managing new standards for end of life equipment.  They will oversee project process and new store opening documentation.  


Relationship management is also a key component to this role by building successful relationships and engaging the appropriate teams, the business unit, IT internal teams & external partners.


Due to the nature of our responsibilities, we are required to be able to provide support out of regular business hours as well as weekends & holidays as needed.


This position will manage IT infrastructure projects and equipment upgrade programs in Latin America and act as the IT Project Leader in Mexico overseeing IT Vendors, responsible for IT budget in Latin America, and managing servers, network equipment, PC hardware\POS\printer and IT rooms.

S/he will manage the North American retail IT support, have direct responsibility over two support staff, ensure escalations are managed and communicated to business, produce scheduled analytics of IT incidents, manage support vendors and oversee retail support budget.

This person will manage global standards, processes and runbooks, ensure global equipment list is maintained and manage requests for updating POS hardware standards, new hardware and application bug fix and enhancement schedule/communication. This position is responsible for new store and office openings or relocations in Mexico, Brazil and Chile- This will include the office in Miami . S/he will build and maintain a relationship with retail partners, IT vendors and Corporate IT.



  • 5-7+ years experience in project and/or IT support & services function
  • Ability to build and maintain business partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to perform basic financial analysis
  • Ability to work with little day to day supervision
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Ability to approach technical challenges from a business perspective
  • Team management experience of 3+ individuals


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent certification
  • Strong presentation skills
