Position Overview

The Recruiter will partner with HR and retail leaders to execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify the talent needs, be able to look through the internal pipeline, source candidates externally, either through social media channels and/or through targeted external partners, and to be able to provide a robust pipeline. 


  • Conduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including but not limited to; verifying specifications of the job descriptions, posting positions, screening and short-listing candidates, preparing profile submissions, interview preparations and gathering closing documentations, including coordinating background checks for all positions.
  • Consult with HR generalists on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, background check standards and agency resources. In partnership with Global Talent Acquisition, support work to enhance the knowledge base of HR generalists on staffing best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and share recruitment resources.
  • Work to be creative and offer options on sourcing techniques, including investigating new technologies and practices for reaching top talent.
  • Strategic recruiting partner to Store leadership.
  • Proactively partners with Store leadership to understand unique talent needs.
  • Creative approach and methodologies for recruiting top talent.
  • Experience helping build leadership pipeline for future retail roles.
  • Experience with leading retail job fairs is a plus. 
  • Maximize opportunities with social media and LinkedIn.


Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of high volume, professional recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of related business issues, trends and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
  • Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel as needed to attend job fairs, new store openings, trade shows and to competitively shop store markets.

Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements

  • Human Resources certification or advanced degree preferred
  • Industry experience in retail, consumer products or service industry preferred (Retail, Luxury or multi-brand)
  • Experience providing HR support in a field location or through other HR Professionals
  • Prior high volume recruitment experience
  • Role will be based in a South Florida retail location.
