Tiffany & Co is seeking a Manager- Global Procurement, Home & Accessories to be based in our New York City office. This position is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide procurement strategy for the Home & Accessories area that is focused on driving category savings and continuous improvement. The Manager, Global Procurement supports the company's transition to a center-led infrastructure by leveraging global spend and developing common business processes. The Manager develops and executes strategies for all assigned spend categories utilizing a disciplined 7 step sourcing process to evaluate supplier capabilities, award  business, implement contractual agreements and measure contractual compliance.


The Manager- Global Procurement will lead the planning and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives for the Home and Accessories categories using a seven step sourcing process. H & A categories include but are not limited to: crystal, china, gifts, leather, fragrance, baby and textiles. This position will collaborate with stakeholders to develop category specification requirements and scope of work that is consistent with business needs and procurement strategy. S/he will Utilize analytical expertise to deliver measurable multi-year cost savings and cost avoidance. Incorporate best in class supply chain practices into all strategic sourcing work streams, continuously evaluate the supply market. Identify opportunities to on-board new suppliers to ensure that the right skill-set, capacity and quality are available to meet the supply plan and new development and lead vendor selection process to ensure all new product is competitively bid to appropriate suppliers. The Manager will develop and administer contractual agreements as well as the supplier on-boarding protocol in collaboration with Legal department and manage all cost negotiations as well as ongoing contractual pricing by closely monitoring business conditions, commodity pricing, currency movement and leading economic indicators. This position will coach, train and develop staff to efficiently meet/ exceed the needs of the business.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a technical field
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years in a professional procurement function  and Supply Chain  a plus
  • Experience sourcing key categories highlighted
  • Lean Six Sigma a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Strong relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
