Tiffany & Company is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst - Global Procurement, Center of Excellence to be based in our Parsippany, NJ office with a split presence in our New York City office. The Senior Analyst - Global Procurement, Center of Excellence will work with internal and external business partners to assist in the procurement transformation at Tiffany. This position will be responsible for defining Global Procurement processes, assisting in the deployment of Source-to-Pay technologies, and developing analytics and reports for Tiffany's Global Procurement department.
The Sr. Analyst - Global Procurement, Center of Excellence will work with internal and external business partners to define Tiffany's global procurement processes; define use cases and document processes; identify, prioritize, and help drive business decisions across stakeholder teams; identify process localization needs.
The Sr. Analyst will assist in Tiffany's Source-to-Pay technology design and configuration; conduct unit testing; define test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing activities; support end-user training efforts; work with IT and other departments to identify, design, and test transactional integrations; Identify/create key reports to configure within Source-to-Pay technology.
This position will lead master data management efforts. Develop master data management approaches; facilitate and support data definition, cleansing and gathering efforts.
S/he will lead data analysis activities; conduct spend analytics and spend tool management activities; conduct advanced Procurement analytics such as total cost of ownership, should-cost, forward looking price forecasts, and cost optimization; develop supply market analyses.
The Sr. Analyst will report Procurement results to Global Procurement and Corporate Finance; work with Corporate Finance to incorporate results to the P&L; develop reports and presentations on learnings from research/analysis for stakeholders and senior-level executives; track and report on status of strategic sourcing projects and performance against savings targets; validate and ensure accuracy of savings calculations carried out by the Global Procurement team.
