Tiffany and Company is currently seeking a IT Developer - Digital Analytics Lead in New York, NY. This position will operate as subject matter expert on web analytics and digital tagging best practices. The Lead will define and execute the tagging strategy and data collection for all Tiffany.com global properties while ensuring adherence to industry best practices. This role will work closely with analytics, development teams and business owners to capture digital data needed to drive business decisions.
The IT Developer - Digital Analytics Lead will serve as an interface and partner to functional experts including external agencies and business teams such as Omni-Channel, Digital Marketing and IT. S/He will lead the design and implementation of our digital analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics/Omniture, DTM, Target, and Campaign) and translate business reporting needs into viable web analytics solutions and tracking requirements. While writing and maintaining the technical documentation for developers as it relates to web analytics platforms, the Developer will ensure that desired measurement strategy is reflected in the outcome of implementation documentation.
The IT Developer - Digital Analytics Lead will manage analytics implementation requests, including but not limited to, web analytics enhancements and fixes, third party pixels and data integration requests. This position will own the end-to-end process of testing these implementations including QA, QC and debugging of analytics codes using various tools while researching data discrepancies and provide insights/solutions. Additionally, s/he will lead, validate, monitor and troubleshoot tagging and tracking issues , communicating status/next steps until resolution with all relevant stakeholders. The Developer will be responsible for periodic and automated auditing of the implementation to ensure consistency is being maintained in addition to increasing the value of the analytics tools by implementing best practices and promoting sophisticated and innovative tool capabilities.
