Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Project Manager to specialize in our China market to be based out of our NYC offices. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall initiative management for China-specific creative assets, including scheduling and workflow across Marketing Department disciplines for integrated marketing projects.
The Project Manager will oversee the timely coordination of efforts for all interdisciplinary Marketing teams in response to Project Briefs issued by Brand Management, PR and Digital; evaluate scope of each project requested to determine schedule guidelines. S/he will liaise directly between the TCO Central teams and the marketing and creative partners in China to ensure alignment and clarification on all projects. The position will create and distribute multimedia Production Schedules for all advertising and digital initiatives, including online banners, and paid and organic social media assets. The individual in this role will pro-actively manage and monitor the progress of all schedules by collaborating with the task owners to ensure that all deadlines are met and provide stakeholders with status updates. The Project Manager will manage issues and eliminate obstacles that can affect the final delivery deadline of projects and initiate meetings with colleagues to trouble-shoot a range of issues. S/he will create and maintain timing for all active projects in project management platform, Wrike. This person will also need to work flexibly with many stakeholders across various departments with finesse and diplomacy.
