Overview

The Manager of Global Leadership Facilitation and Delivery is responsible for in-person facilitation of Tiffany’s diverse leadership programs; communicating and managing the implementation of changes to programs based on client feedback; and building relationships to manage the consistency of global adaptation and adoption of leadership learning.

Responsibilities

 

  • Facilitate on- and off-site core leadership programs including, but not limited to Tiffany’s Management Development Program, Coaching Conversations, Career Conversations, and Transition2Management. Provide post-program follow-up to ensure applicability of learning and client satisfaction. Communicate feedback and project manage implementation of program updates and changes.
  • Facilitate off-the-shelf leadership content, modifying or adapting content to ensure relevance to Tiffany as needed

 

  • Facilitate and contribute to the development of ongoing, short-form training (lunch and learns, podcasts, etc.) to supplement existing programs and provide ongoing learning for Tiffany leaders worldwide.

 

  • Build and maintain close relationships with Human Resources Generalists and regional trainers to solve for market training needs by identifying gaps where they exist. Determine short and long-term solutions based on a solid knowledge of Tiffany’s suite of leadership training offerings, capturing/communicating global best practices whenever possible 

 

  • Support OETM Directors on special projects as requested including use of assessments, such as MBTI, 360 tools, development/coaching plans, etc.

 

 

Key business partners include Manager, Learning Design; Regional Training Directors; Talent Management; Global Education. No direct reports, but will work closely with the Program and Project Specialist to ensure logistics, such as enrollment, cancellations, pre/post and class materials and other needs for the program delivery are fulfilled.  

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years proven facilitation expertise, preferably with management or leadership development programs

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, preferably with experience in developing cross-cultural partnerships

  • Demonstrated verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 60%

  • Availability to moderate calls with international partners early/late as necessary to accommodate for international time differences

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience deploying content globally including determining necessary cultural modifications, managing translations, liaising with international vendors, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA, BS, or MA degree in communications, English, Global Studies, or relevant work experience

  • Fluency in two or more languages

  • 360, MBTI, Hogan Suite and other assessment certifications
