Overview

The Senior Analyst, Replenishment is responsible for the completion of daily activities that support worldwide replenishment, sales and inventory initiatives to make optimum use of the Company's inventory.  S/he acts as the direct liaison to all retail branches and sales organizations for stock level analysis and sales support.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing Automatic Stock Replenishment (ASR) merchandise allocations and making changes to distribution as needed. This individual will execute the fulfillment of back-orders, as well as re-balance and reallocations. S/he will monitor inventory target availability to maintain replenishment availability standards.  In addition, this individual will analyze sales through Business Objects, downloads and ASR Model Review to optimize inventory models for regional areas of responsibility. The Senior Analyst will achieve sales plans and support assortments as well as execute the replenishment and re-balance strategy for current and new stores, traveling collections, events, store renovations and assortment changes; this will be done while continually making optimum use of the company’s inventory.  The ideal candidate will monitor availability, sales trends and inventory for departments of responsibility. Cross-functionally, this individual will communicate issues to counterparts in Category Management and Demand Planning to work toward recovery and resolution.  Additionally, s/he will review and process sold/stock requests from branches, respond to all requests in a timely fashion and monitor the progress of these transactions, while troubleshooting any problems that may occur.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years business experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
  • A College Degree, business major is preferred, or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment
  • Excel experience required
  • Detailed orientated
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Able to investigate and solve discrepancies

 Preferred Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of MIPS, Business Objects, AS400 systems and Retail Service Center Operations
