This position is responsible for the design development and execution of retail and image events for Tiffany & Co., positioning the brand as world class when it comes to events and brand experiences.


  • Design and partner with PR colleagues on strategic events such as global product launches including high jewelry, boutique opening concepts and VIP client experience programs
  •  Partner on the conceptualizing of strategic events linked to retail objectives to support Tiffany’s global business goals
  •  Work cross functionally to conceptualize the most innovative and best in class events that can be tailored for press, consumer and internal
  •  Develop, direct and implement Tiffany’s overall event strategy and establish Tiffany as a leader of event design and execution

  •  Develop and manage the overall event processes and proactively develop various components (including event concept, décor, entertainment, social activations, etc.) involving key stake holders
  •  Source and manage production companies, agencies and vendors to ensure they are meeting the specific design direction and guidelines that are in line with Tiffany’s strategy, brand, image & budget
  •  Manage & develop the CVM Events Team

  •  Foster and maintain relationships within the events industry and appropriate event vendors 
  •  Monitor and evaluate all event programs including concepts, planning and results. Generate feedback and metrics, creative solutions and new ideas to add value to be used in future event development
  •  Leverage relationships with CVM managers to ensure graphics, artwork, displays, and forms are developed as needed for event executions
  •  Present designs and event concepts to executives and key stakeholders, with insight as to potential materials, fabrications, and ways regions can interpret various executional details 

  • Deliver quick, quality renders for event design presentations and approvals



  • 7-10+ years of experience in event design and execution
  • Proven relationships with event design and production contacts in the luxury or fashion industry
  • Experience preferred in a luxury corporate setting 
  • Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and event practices oversees in the luxury market
  • Understanding, appreciation and articulation of the brand
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis 
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, self-starter and able to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some travel involved
