Provide benefits education and support to employees as well as manage leave claims. Coordinate the implemention of Tiffany wellness and health promotion programs for employees based on population's health needs.
Serve as an employee advocate and benefits resource. Provide employee benefits education in both group and on-on-one settings. Improve employee awareness of comprehensive benefit offerings, including leaves (ADA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, STD), EAP, health insurance, etc.
Manage vendors and processes for assigned population's ADA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation and STD claims. Partner with HRGs, management and leave vendors to ensure leave management procedures are consistent and compliant. Collect status updates from employees, communicate vendor decisions to HRGs and relay management decisions to vendors. Negotiate restrictions and maintain detailed records on all leave claims, including return to work programs. Act as liason between HRGs and vendors to resolve claim and service issues.
Support the implementation of wellness programs for assigned population. Ensure local initiatives align with Tiffany global wellness strategy. Analyze population's health claims data to guide future initiatives. Locate local wellness vendors as needed and manage vendor relationships. Manage local wellness budget.
