The Wellness and Benefits Advocate will be responsible for administering and managing disability leave programs. Additionally, the Advocate will work closely with all levels of management to provide ongoing Benefits support to employees and will act as a Benefits resource for internal partners. The Advocate will also communicate, implement and evaluate local wellness and health promotion programs for employees.
The Wellness & Benefits Advocate is responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert and point-of-contact for Tiffany Benefits. He or she will respond to benefits inquiries from employees and conduct regular informational sessions, across a variety of Benefits topics. Each year, he or she will lead Open Enrollment Guide workshops and guide employees through enrollment. In addition, the Advocate will work directly with all levels of management, to provide Benefits support and address Benefits concerns. He or she will also support the Wellness and Benefits Manager and Director of US Benefits.
The Advocate is also responsible for administering and managing disability leave programs (STD, FMLA, ADA, WC), for assigned populations, by partnering closely with internal departments, including HR, ER, Payroll and Legal. He or she will act as a liaison between HR Generalist and leave vendors to ensure that claims are managed seamlessly for employees on disability leaves. He or she will proactively make recommendations on leave process improvements.
The Wellness & Benefits Advocate will manage, implement and communicate local wellness programs. He or she will ensure the local programming aligns with corporate wellness themes and programs, by identifying and vetting wellness providers at both the local and national program level, and then make wellness program recommendations based on analyses of populations needs.
