This position, which reports into the Global Tiffany.com Content Manager, will partner with the Manager to deliver global Tiffany.com daily operations and seasonal marketing campaign efforts for the company. He/She will be responsible for using Tiffany’s Content Management Systems (current system & future system) to effectively launch new campaigns, landing pages, SKUs to the website and manage changes and updates to Tiffany.com global websites. Additionally, this person will be focused on ensuring a best in class customer experience across onsite search- ensuring that customers most effectively and efficiently find what they are looking for. The position partners across the organization and works closely with both regional and global partners: Marketing, Production, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service and outside vendors.
Must have prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system
Must have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and other web development concepts
