Responsible for analyzing performance of global website optimizations, across A/B testing (primary) as well as customer experience enhancements through new features, functionalities, and campaigns (secondary) in support of continuously improving the website customer experience for Tiffany customers. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for setting up A/B tests in Adobe Test & Target tool. This role will report into the Manager, Global Customer Experience Analytics and will partner across Global Omnichannel, Operations, Digital Creative, Marketing, eCommerce leads, IT and outside vendors in fulfilling responsibilities.


  • Ownership for website optimization reporting and analysis across the global customer experience– this includes both A/B testing of content related customer experiences as well and analyzing performance of new website features and functionalities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute test set-up including collaboration with Content Authors to create web content variations and then configure the variations to business rules in Adobe Target.
  • The A/B Testing Analyst will be responsible for developing KPI metrics to analyze the effectiveness of personalization and A/B Testing activities and partnering with their Manager on how this informs the A/B testing roadmap. Additionally, the analyst will recommend experimental design validation (including test duration & impact sizing), and hypothesis validation using advanced measurement techniques including statistical significance testing
  • Evolve and standardize test results reporting, and refine analysis approach as organizational maturity increases around testing & personalization
  • Responsible for defining analytics business requirements needed for new features/ functionalities/ redesigns of the website
  • Responsible for establishing KPIs & monitoring performance impact of key customer experience improvements (features/ functionalities) launched to website
  • Support Manager in Competitive Benchmarking & Annual Strategic Planning analyses, as well as other ad-hoc analytics requests
  • Working in a cross-functional environment to define objectives, gather support and communicate analytics results effectively for senior management
  • Share analytical insights and play role of analytics expert in multiple settings
  • Opportunities to lead other strategic projects


  • 3-6+ years of experience in analytical roles
  • Prior experience with Adobe Test & Target tool preferred, and prior experience with A/B testing is a must
  • Must have deep knowledge and comfort with Omniture & Google Analytics tools
  • Must have familiarity with statistical concepts, including statistical significance testing, test duration & impact sizing, and multivariate testing
  • Must have strong general business acumen; you are an analytics guru with business minded saavy
  • Must have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and other web development concepts
  • Must have basic understanding of Digital Asset Management concepts
  • Must have prior experience in Content Targeting and Personalization
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on, “get-it-done”, results-driven mentality
  • Logical and creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
  • Passionate about retail and applying analytics to solve business problems and generating insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
