  • Overview

    Responsible for the identification, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of Distribution systems, support, informational training, enhancements and related reports. Act as liaison among all Distribution functional areas, systems and related user groups, Information Technology, and vendors regarding testing plans, systems functionality, and operational reporting


    Systems Analysis & Testing


    Use understanding of Tiffany business and Distribution processes to develop testing plans, standardization of test cases and supplemental documentation. Act as a testing liaison working with IT, users groups, and others to correct system errors, improve systems performance and implement enhancements. Assist in the execution of test plans, results validation, and communicate accordingly.  Provide training and supporting documentation on the use of new system functions, technical tools and reporting.   


    Project Management & Implementation:


    Assist in defining scope, schedule, and means of implementation for a given task or project. Facilitate and lead project team meetings, updates, research, and the testing schedule as required. Interact with internal and external IT resources to define and execute all phases related to system changes and projects.  Where appropriate, coordinate with local management to determine the sequencing of events and priority for all testing and implementation activities, including documentation and communication.  Provide post implementation support in the form of indirect monitoring, first person validation, and general support with parties affected.


    Operations Support and Investigation:


    Identify, investigate, and filter system or user issues on a daily, ad-hoc basis. Document and track problems through to resolution including informational training for users and supporting documentation. Leverage systems understanding and analysis to predict system behavior and improve upon performance and functionality.  Ensure data integrity in various systems’ files including item files configuration, etc.  Document, maintain, and communicate status of system requests and problems submitted to the department. Act as the Operations liaison for the communication of system maintenance and emergency notifications. Support system and user configuration across Distribution systems. Maintain records in accordance with company requirements.  



    Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:


    • College degree required
    • 2-5 years experience in systems testing, change management, and/or project management
    • Strong analytical, research, and customer service related skills
    • Mon - Fri 9:00 - 5:30 (flexible with weekends)
