This position, which reports into the Global Content Manager, will partner with the Manager to deliver global daily operations and seasonal marketing campaign efforts for the company. He/She will be responsible for using Tiffany’s Content Management Systems (current system & future system) to effectively launch new campaigns, landing pages, SKUs to the website and manage changes and updates to global websites.  Additionally, this person will be responsible for improving go-to-market processes across website campaign operations, and will proactively bring forward and solve for areas of opportunity. Lastly, this person will be focused on ensuring a best in class customer experience across onsite search- ensuring that customers most effectively and efficiently find what they are looking for. The position partners across the organization and works closely with both regional and global partners: Marketing, Production, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service and outside vendors.


  • Responsible for partnering within organization on website marketing campaign launches and updates to global websites.
  • The purpose of this role will be to develop content for Tiffany’s websites using templates and components to build pages within the Content Management System (CMS) in accordance with campaign layouts and A/B testing asset versioning needs.
  • This person will also be responsible for managing and editing pages based on cross functional user review and feedback.
  • Assist Manager with activities/ initiatives related to moving organization from current CMS to new Adobe Experience Manager CMS.
  • Business ownership for managing related project meetings, next steps, and project timelines
  • Responsible for site QA process on daily site updates as well as regular site refreshes
  • Responsible for delivering metadata files to our developers for upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Business ownership for managing related project meetings, next steps, and project timelines
  • Ad hoc special projects assigned by manager
  • Responsible for handling SKU copy translation
  • Responsible for actively using Omniture & Google Analytics web analytics tools to monitor and make data driven decisions across the business, as well as identify new opportunities for improvements to the website and customer experience
  • Responsible for ensuring high quality customer experience on Tiffany’s largest global store



  • 4-7+ years of work experience in Ecommerce/ Website Operations/ Digital Marketing Content
  • Must have prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system
  • Must have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and other web development concepts
  • Must have basic understanding of Digital Asset Management concepts
  • Must have experience with creating multiple versions of assets using web content management systems
  • Understanding of Content Targeting and Personalization is a plus
  • A/B testing experience (Preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with web analytics tools as Omniture & Google Analytics (Preferred but not required)
  • Infectious energy for building best in class, customer centric eCommerce experiences
  • Self-Starter, proactive and flexible; must be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects, tight timelines, and doing so flawlessly and with a great attitude
  • Experience working across and influencing cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing disciplines, vendors/consultants and ideally also multiple global counterparts
  • Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
