The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating projects and maintaining workflow
Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work guidelines and procedures for your position, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite. Maintain a well-organized work space consistent with 5S standards and promptly report all incidents, risks and safety issues to your supervisor and/or manager.
Track and maintain project plans and timelines to internal counterparts and team members.
Facilitate department meetings to include agendas, re-caps and ensure follow-up of tasks and actions. Maintain milestone documents for weekly/bi-weekly meetings with management and working group
Coordinate all engineering related data for auto-setting product development, new product development, dual source and special order projects, including cost estimates, Critical to Manufacturing documentantation, BOMs, item setup and routings.
Coordinate the approval and processing of engineering change notices (ECNs)
Create, update and maintain concise and understandable documentation including but not limited to work instructions, reports, correspondence and procedure manuals
High School diploma or GED
Strong communication (English written, verbal and presentation skills)
Proficient Microsoft computer skills (specifically Microsoft Office, Outlook, with a strong emphasis on Project)
Ability to read/understand technical documents, as well as manufacturing reports
Strong organization skills; ability to prioritize and flexible to change in direction
